LILA Marching Band
2020 Marching Band Season Information
Start of Season Info Meeting: Wednesday, March 4th - 6:00 PM
First rehearsal: (Most Likely) Monday, March 16th - 5:30 PM
We will attend 8 parades and band festivals (competitions) this summer, the last of which will be on or around July 14th. With the exception of the 2020 banquet and awards, the season will end after that, leaving July and August for family vacations!
All students grades finishing their 7th grade year and older are welcome to join the marching band, whether or not they are in regular band classes. Those students would be encouraged to march in the color guard, honor guard, or drum line.
More information regarding marching band expectations, last years schedule, and procedure can be referenced in last years Marching Band Handbook, available in the Marching Band dropdown menu above.
